When booking please check the location of the selected residence. 

Because we like to have our guests with us, as long as possible, in each room typology you will find the fantastic promotional conditions

for stays of 5 months or more, i.e., for the 1º semester (01-09-202x to 31-01-202x) or 2º semester (01-02-202x to 30-06-202x).

For Long-term Stays (+29 days) the security deposit (500 € per room) should be paid in cash on Check-in day.

The security deposit will be returned to the guest on Check-out day if no detected damage occurred in

Porto Studios property made by the guest and if the period of the contract is not violated.

Our guests must bring bed linen (sheets, blankets, duvets, pillows) and bath linen (face and bath towels),

as well as all kitchen utensils that consider necessary to prepare, cook and eat the meals.
