LOCATION
Porto Studios University Residences are all located in the city of Rio Tinto, municipality of Gondomar, district of Porto.
All our residences are served by public transportation (buses and / or metro) that connect to the main universities and institutes as well as to the city center of Porto.
MEET OUR RESIDENCES
We have 4 residences available for those who want to study, research or work in Porto. All of them were recently restored and we guarantee all the comfort and conditions to a pleasant stay. Bellow you can discover each one of our residences.

Oliveiras Residence
Oliveiras Residence was the first one to open, in 2015. It is a century-old house, completely restored with 17 rooms (single, double and triple) and several common areas where our guests can relax, study, cook and eat. The bus station is right in front of the residence and restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and laundry just a few meters away.

Giesta Residence
Giesta Residence opened last year. This family house offers now 14 rooms, all of them with private bath, a shared kitchen, a canteen, leisure spaces and garden.

Triana Residence
The Triana residence is made up of several apartments with independent entrances. These apartments have excellent sun exposure and have been properly rehabilitated. Each apartment has 3 or 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony.

Levada Residence
The Levada residence consists of 3 apartments with independent entrance. These apartments have excellent sun exposure and have been properly rehabilitated and are located very close to the Levada Metro station. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a very pleasant terrace.
