At Porto Studios University Residences we are proud of our facilities and services, but above all we are proud for contributing to the wellbeing and happiness of our guests.

In all residences our guests can enjoy free wi-fi, air conditioned, full equipped rooms and pleasant common areas.

All the taxes and expenses (electricity, water, gas, cable TV, wi-fi and surveillance cameras.) are included in the prices as well as the cleaning of the common areas.

 

Our kitchens are shared facilities, available free of charge to all our guests. They are equipped with induction hobs, fridges and freezers, microwaves, toaster and kettle. Taking into account the best hygiene and food safety practices, Porto Studios recommends that its guests use their own kitchen utensils (cutlery, glasses, plates, pots and pans) rather than sharing them. In this sense, each guest has spaces to store their kitchen utensils as well as their food items.

Each residence has a dedicated housekeeper that is responsible to provide all the services that guarantees your comfort. For sure they will also take care of you - just like a “Portuguese mum” does.
