ABOUT OUR RESIDENCES
Our residences were designed for those who need a place to live and not just a place to stay.
With decades of history, our family houses where completely rehabilitated to welcome all the Erasmus Students, PhD Students, Researchers, Scientists as well as all the Science and Technology Professionals.
All the residences are fully furnished and equipped. Besides the comfortble rooms our guests have also access to all the common areas, such as kitchen, dining room, TV and living room, terraces with lounge, barbecue, garden and private parking.

Our residences offers you different types of rooms (single, double, twin and triple) with different decorative styles (retro and modern). We have 4 residences located in Rio Tinto, Porto and all of them are very well located, near to the main Campus of Porto University as well as near to São João Hospital, Oncology Institute (IPO), Católica University, Lusíada University, Portucalense University, Fernando Pessoa University and Polytechnic Institute of Porto.

Most of our guests are foreign university students, so you will have the opportunity to meet new friends and new cultures. Taking advantage of the common areas (kitchen, dining room, terraces, barbecue and garden) our guests often organize multicultural dinners and parties. FACILITIES
At Porto Studios University Residences all our rooms are fully equipped with all the necessary commodities for a good and long stay of the university students. In addition to the facilities listed below all our residences have iron, ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner and toiletries, bed linen and bath towels.
In our residences you will be always connected. All our rooms and common areas have free internet access.
We have dining rooms in all of our residences, so that our guests can enjoy their meals, whether they are individual or in the usual multicultural group dinners.
In our residences you will have electronic access codes, so you can entry at any time of the day or night.
Our kitchens are shared facilities, freely available to all of our guests. They are fully equipped and we also provide crockery and kitchen linen.
In our residences, and during your work or leisure times, you can study, relax or have fun in our various common areas (reading room, living room, TV room).
Sunny days invites you to lunch or relax outside the room. In Porto Studios Residences you can enjoy the terraces, gardens and barbecues.
